Our menu is provided by Absolute Taste and we've arranged to offer three options for starters, main, and dessert (because life's too short not to have what you want — unless that's a burger, in which case, Mark gets it and recommends a midnight Deliveroo order.
Once we've finalised the options, we'll be in touch to invite you all to select your choices for each course.

Choose between the following:

Pressed ham hock terrine, Quails egg, new potato chips and crushed peas
Loch Duen salmon & pea fishcake, leek and spinach, lovage butter sauce

Dishes are all served with sourdough bread & focaccia with English butter.

Free-range corn-fed chicken, pressed boulangére, burnt onion puree & tenderstem broccoli

Choose between the following:

Brown sugar meringue, fresh cream, summer berries, passionfruit and hazelnuts

Pimms poached strawberries, mint, and dairy-free ice cream (vg)
We'll finish off with pots of tea and coffee.

Pizza Feast
We'll be serving a selection of three wood-fired pizzas straight from the oven with fresh seasonal salads to give you enough of a spring in your dancing step to last until carriages at midnight.

San Marzano tomato, rocket & mozzarella because Marion's a pizza purist

Smoked pancetta, buffalo mozzarella & heritage tomato because Mark likes a properly meaty pizza

Roasted pepper, artichoke, black olive & rocket because we love our vegan friends and family (and those whose tummies can't deal with dairy)

Here's a taster of the cake flavours we'll be tucking into. All washed down with a glass of spumante (an Italian classic).
Vegan and gluten-free cupcakes will be provided because no one's not having cake if they want it.
